I am writing this letter in appreciation of your serviceman, Alberto Grillis.

I have just moved to a condo in Chicago. In the past weeks, I have been dealing with service people. I have found that for the most part they are rude, have kept me waiting, not to mention that many are not efficient and capable. So when I ordered “Jonny On the Spot” I have to admit I was apprehensive.

Alberto arrived exactly on time. The doorman gave him some difficulties with parking, and Alberto said: “I’ve got a customer waiting!” When has a service person ever worried about being late?

This was new.

Then Alberto came in, went right to work, never took a break, told me how to care for my carpet afterwards. He was polite and well informed. My carpet looks wonderful.
